Arrival Time
In order to have the best experience, please arrive on time.
As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person or on the phone. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice and your request is received before 10am the day before your appointment. For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and the loss of your deposit paid at the time of booking. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. A no-show will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeat cancellations will result in having your future bookings denied.
Gift Vouchers
If paying with a gift voucher you must give details at time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival for the booked treatment. Failure to attend an appointment will result in full payment for your visit, please refer to the Cancellation Policy above.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of four (4) months. We will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Vouchers that have expired will not be extended nor refunded.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given if you change your mind after purchasing it.
Nail Aftercare Service
In the event you chip your nails within three (3) days after gel polish, please report this with a photo and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within seven days. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to price list.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the principles of Australia data protection legislation.
COVID-19
If asked by the NSW Health Authorities, your name and mobile number will be shared for contact tracing purposes ONLY.
Refunds
Refunds will be dealt with in line with the Cancellation Policy.
The Right to Refuse Treatments
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments in case of skin disease, poor personal hygiene and/or late arrivals. Disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated.
While on COVID-19 restrictions, and until further notice, in order to have your booking honoured we ask that you wear your own face mask as soon as you enter our premises.
We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this. Always refer to the Last updated date below.
